We know life, especially with with kids, can be unpredictable. That’s why we try to be flexible, but also fair to our therapists’ time.

We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ (or two business days’) notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
