Play is a way to:
⭐️ Connect
⭐️ Communicate
⭐️ Understand

Playing is inherently social!

When children on the autism spectrum play:
💞 Join into their way of playing
💞 Let go of that play should look like

Slow down, witness and comment on their story

- Enter the play
- Pause and observe
- Witness
- Comment on what you see
- Play their way by mirroring their actions

This can create a sense of connection that strengthens understanding closeness.
