Yes, our client data is stored securely. We use Jane App, a trusted Canadian platform, to manage and store client information securely. Jane App stores all data in regional data centres based on the clinic’s location.

- Two-step authentication is required for staff, so no one outside of our clinic can access your files.
- Jane App is also SOC 2 Type 2 certified, which means it meets some of the highest industry standards for data privacy and security.
